 We accept children from the age of 2 yrs, though these spaces are limited, due to staff ratio being higher. To ensure continuity and the best for your child it is advised that you use no more than two different groups, with the intention of at least two sessions per week with us.
We ensure children are adequately settled into the pre-school and this usually is agreed on a personal level, usually involving accompanied visits and gradually building up to unaccompanied ones. At all times staff will liase with parents to agree this induction process and we will ensure each child’s personal needs are met. A waiting list is in order of date of birth rather than date of enrolment in order to ensure equal opportunities. We will also consider children who are on the child protection register and children with additional needs. FundingChildren are entitled to receive a funded place from the beginning of the first eligible full term following their third birthday, subject to the guidelines set by the Local Authority, not before this date. The administrator will be able to advise of when your child is elegable for funding.
