Birstall Methodist Pre-school have experienced, caring and enthusiastic members of staff who are trained suitably with childcare qualifications or are working towards them. Staff all have development aims to professionally develop themselves and it is clear from the staff profile that training is a vital part of the preschool. All staff have child protection training.
